Recently IBA and UFBU has inked the 9th BPS along with a second pension option for PF optees. Although there are lot of questions are being asked over the poor 17.5% hike in the wages of bankers. However considering the coating of pension sugar over it along with the fact that the wage for bankers are revised every five years, it doesn't seem too bad.
